I take your privacy very seriously and will not pass your details to any third party without your permission, other than where I have to do so to arrange deliveries with stores and boutiques as part of our personal shopping packages. Customers are normally present when I arrange delivery of goods.

Payment Options

 

All invoices should be paid within 7 days of receipt unless agreed beforehand. Upon receipt of invoice please transfer money owing via bank transfer, cash or cheque.

1.1. Sarah Ponting Personal Styling offers personal styling, personal shopping services.
1.2. The terms and conditions are between Sarah Ponting and the client using the services of Sarah Ponting, The client covenants and agrees to the terms and conditions set out herein.

 

TERMS AND CONDITION OF BUSINESS
Please find below a full and detailed list of our terms and conditions. However, I appreciate that most people simply want to know ‘what they’re signing up to, what costs are involved and what happens if they need to cancel’. I have summarised the answers to these questions below. I can assure you that there are no extra ‘hidden’ costs but please read the full terms and conditions should you wish.

Abbreviated Terms and Conditions

Cancelation Charge
Please note that if a Wardrobe Re-style or Personal Shopping trip is cancelled with less than 7 days notice a cancellation fee of £50 will be incurred.
Please note that if the Wardrobe Edit service is cancelled with less than 7 days notice a cancellation fee of £100 will be incurred. This is because time and money will have already been spent shopping for appropriate clothes specific to the clients needs.

Exceptional circumstances

Should you need to reschedule for genuine reasons then no penalty will be incurred. I am a mum and totally understand that sometimes things happen!

CONFIDENTIALITY & DATA PROTECTION ACT
2.1. By providing your details to Sarah Ponting you are consenting to Sarah Ponting informing you via email of our latest promotions, fashion events, and the latest trends. The data is collected lawfully and maintained in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1988.
2.2. Sarah Ponting promise; I take your privacy very seriously and will not pass your details to any third party without your permission, other than where I have to do so to arrange deliveries with stores and boutiques as part of our personal shopping packages. Customers are normally present when I arrange delivery of goods.
2.3. As stated, I will never disclose information about you to any third party without first receiving your permission.
2.4 All personal client information including contact details or any other personal information given through the consultation process or at any other time thereafter will never be disclosed.

PERSONAL STYLING/SHOPPING
3.1. Sarah Ponting reserves the right to revise prices and details at any time without notice. Although I will make every effort to notify you beforehand.
3.2. All prices are quoted in pounds sterling. I accept payment of cash, bank cheque, or a direct bank transfer.
3.3. All invoices should be paid within 7 days of the invoice receipt date.
34. Payment for goods purchased & collected by Sarah Ponting on behalf of their client need to be covered/paid to Sarah Ponting within 7 days of the invoice receipt date.
3.5. Sarah Ponting (if required) agrees to provide all receipts of purchases to their client as proof that Sarah Ponting has purchased goods on behalf of their client.

EXTRA COSTS: TRAVEL & CAR PARKING
4.1. All travel costs for Wardrobe Edit home visits need to be covered by the client at a cost of £0.45 per mile from SP116LJ to the location where the service is provided (ordinarily a clients home)
4.2. All travel mileage costs will be calculated using Google maps from a starting location of SP116LJ
4.3. All car parking fees obtained during a Personal Shopping Trip Service will be charged at cost to the client.

CANCELLATIONS
5.1 You may cancel your Wardrobe Edit or Personal Shopping Trip appointment for any reason. However, Please note that if aforementioned service is cancelled with less than 7 days notice a cancellation fee of £50 will be incurred.
5.2. In the event of a cancellation, our clients will be offered an alternative date to complete their personal styling appointment.
